Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the RMA form is included inside the parcel.
Ship to HQ
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
