Original 60s Vietnam War Vietnamese Tailor-Made Dark Blue Wool Beret

A genuine wartime Vietnamese tailor-made wool beret with a typical construction. It has a thick wool shell, a black cotton corduroy and hessian lining, and a vinyl sweatband. Originally dyed a deep blue colour, the vegetable dye used has faded to a very slightly lighter purple.

At some point, there was a patch and two metal badges applied to the front.
